TRIUM Transcripts and Graduation Documents – Available Via Parchment Digitary Services in 2026

Parchment Digitary Services is TRIUM’s new platform for digital certificates, diplomas, and transcript delivery, which will be introduced across all graduated classes in 2026. Parchment allows you to easily share your digitally signed transcript, online certificates, and diploma with potential employers, academic institutions, and others. The recipient can quickly and confidently verify the legally valid and tamper-proof document.

We are currently transitioning to the Parchment platform for all alumni graduation documents. Your Parchment profile will be linked to your TRIUM email address, and all TRIUM alumni will receive an email with step-by-step instructions on how to register to access and share your documents for a nominal fee. Digital documents for recent graduates (Class of 2026 onwards) will be uploaded to the Parchment system in September of your graduating year.

Digital documents will be available for download immediately upon receipt of payment. For printed copies, please allow two to three weeks for internal processing. Please note that processing times may be extended during peak periods and school holidays.

Please be advised that documents ordered through Parchment Digitary Services and processed by TRIUM are sent via DHL. TRIUM cannot provide refunds, reimbursement or replacements if transcripts do not arrive. Please note, TRIUM is unable to process document requests until all tuition and fees are fully paid.

TRIUM alumni may order as many transcripts, hard copy or digital, as needed. However, degrees and school certificates are meant to be ordered only as replacements for the originals, and therefore are limited to one additional hard copy of each document. Requests for multiple copies of the formal degree and school certificates will be rejected.

By completing the order process via Parchment, students consent for their data and information to be shared with the relevant third parties required to complete the request.

All order fees are non-refundable once the order has been submitted. By submitted an order, students agree to the published fees for the documents and any associated delivery / handling charges. If payment fails, the order will be cancelled and the student will be required to resubmit their request.

By placing an order, the student acknowledges that the document will be issued and verified via the Parchment Digitary Services and they agree to the platform’s user terms. Students accept that the final document will be delivered in the specified format and TRIUM is not responsible if a third party does not accept that format.
