So why do people do TRIUM? And in one way, it’s kind of a mystery.

You have these very senior, very accomplished, very smart global executives who sign up for additional education. So what’s driving this?

Well, in my experience, anyway, people are driven to this because they recognize that they need something more.

It’s not just about business skills. That’s important.

It’s not just about business concepts. Again, super important.

It’s about understanding the political and social environment in which you interact. So you get all these really super accomplished people in rooms talking about the cutting edge concepts from business, but also from political economy, from what’s happening in the world.

If anything, from the last, let’s say, five years, who now truly believes that you can’t be a successful business global leader without understanding in a really fundamental way, about the forces in politics and society that shape and influence how your firms and how your actions interact with that larger world.
