SEPTEMBER 2025

Congratulations TRIUM Class of 2025!

Our newest graduates now join 1,300 TRIUM alumni across 100 countries worldwide. The Class of 2025 not only become part of the TRIUM alumni community but also join the alumni networks of all three partner schools: NYU Stern, the London School of Economics and Political Science, and HEC Paris. A truly global network of international business leaders.

TRIUM Dean, Professor Robert Falkner, convened the graduates in Lincoln’s Inn Fields — a historic setting in the heart of London and just a stone’s throw from the LSE campus. The day was one of ceremony, celebration, and recognition: a tribute to their commitment, drive, ambition, late-night study sessions, and after-class get-togethers.

Class of 2009 alumnus Felipe Padilla also had some lessons to share:

Curiosity beats certainty – certainty makes you rigid, curiosity makes you adaptable.”

Relationships outlast transactions – business plans change and markets shift but the relationships endure.”

Purpose scales better than profit – the projects that change the game are the ones tied to a higher purpose.”

We also asked our TRIUM graduates to share their thoughts, hopes, and aspirations. Read more about what TRIUM means to them…

Andreas Kemper

Germany Class of 2025

Be prepared to let go of certainty. Say yes to the uncomfortable, seek out those who think differently, and stay curious. TRIUM is not just an education — it changes the way you lead, the way you learn, and the way you see yourself.

ChunJu Wang

Hong Kong (S.A.R.) Class of 2025

I came to TRIUM with big questions about where I was heading - and left with even bigger ambitions. The real magic wasn’t only in London, New York, or Paris, but in the late-night laughter, shared meals, and friendships that now feel like family. Key learnings? First, how to connect the dots between geopolitics, finance, tech, and sustainability. Second, that leadership is less about answers and more about listening, adapting, and building bridges. My advice to future students: stay curious about others, don’t just chase the degree - build the life and network that will stay with you long after.

Irene Manou

Greece Class of 2025

It gave me tactical and strategic insights - from structuring for sustainable growth to refining marketing strategies, strengthening governance, and evaluating risks globally. It helped me think long-term about positioning my company for future opportunities, including a potential public offering.

Ilya Malyukov

Russia Class of 2025

TRIUM was the bridge between my corporate past and a new future. It’s truly global, bringing together three world-class institutions and giving access not only to the knowledge of all three, but also to the combined networks of LSE, NYU Stern, and HEC Paris. The biggest lesson? The world is far bigger than you imagine while you’re still boxed into your existing career. For me, the spark came from the intellectual challenges, the diverse perspectives of classmates and professors, and the immersive global nature of the program.

Persis Mbangsi

Cameroon Class of 2025

My TRIUM experience has truly been a transformative journey. It beautifully combines rich diversity with a global perspective in a lively classroom setting. The friendships and connections made during collaborative projects really stood out to me - working as a team to tackle real-world business challenges was the heart of my journey. One of my biggest takeaways has been the confidence I gained in Finance, especially from the world-acclaimed Aswath Damodaran. Coming from an engineering background, these skills represent a significant leap in my growth.

Shreyas Mangavkar

India Class of 2025

I knew TRIUM would be transformative - but I didn’t expect just how much it would challenge, expand, and inspire me. The standout moments were Prof. Aswath Damodaran’s financial valuation sessions and Larry Franklin’s insights on deal-making in China and Asia. TRIUM sharpened my ability to see the big picture without losing sight of detail, to lead across cultures, navigate ambiguity, and approach problems with a truly global mindset

Ueli Abderhalden

Switzerland Class of 2025

An intense and enriching journey that went far beyond academics. A defining moment was in London, where discussions on global geopolitics broadened my perspective and challenged me to think more strategically. To future students: be curious, be open, and make time for meaningful conversations - the most transformative moments often happen outside the classroom.

Vitalii Gorovyi

Ukraine Class of 2025

It’s like looking at the world from a completely new perspective - you gain a different angle, an appreciation for different cultures, and the world seems to become wider. The new ideas I gained began to greatly change my business, and next I expect to launch new projects, form new partnerships, and expand into new geographies.
