“I can’t believe that the journey is over, but I’m very grateful that we are celebrating this moment here. The journey was very unexpected in some terms. It was exciting. There were a lot of new learnings and I met so many new friends, and I’m very grateful for the connections and experience and the knowledge that I got.”
“There is the sense of kind of oneness, and you go and meet people from across the decades. It’s been fantastic to be part of that.”
“It feels very surreal, to be honest. When I reflect on it’s just absolutely amazing thinking about the people, the places, all the learnings. We couldn’t have had a better place to actually celebrate than where we are right now. Beautiful day for it. I feel just a better member of the world community. I feel like I’ve learned so many more perspectives that I otherwise wouldn’t have had. And yeah, it’s just a really proud moment.”
“It’s something that pushes you outside of your comfort zone, not only in terms of your perspective on global business from your background, in my cases, the United States, but also as you travel to these other sites and get to meet with professors and, you know, even other classmates from different backgrounds, it’s always challenges your assumptions. And like I said, it pushes you outside your comfort zone and it’s been really rewarding.”
“The contacts that you have, the people who you can reach out to. Everyone is so friendly, connected. The collaborative group, there’s so much energy and everyone wants to help each other. So I’m very excited for what’s to come. I don’t want to overstate it, but it has been life changing.”
“It’s been an exciting adventure, I think. It’s hard to come up with expectations because there’s three different schools and there’s classmates from around the world, but it tremendously far exceeded anything I could have ever imagined in terms of learning from the faculty, learning from my classmates, the trips, the modules around the world, the different contexts that we learned in. It was a wonderful experience. I am thrilled to be officially joining as an alumni and continue to learn and grow with all of the alumni.”
