Please review the following terms before confirming your booking:

Ticket Types

• Early Bird tickets are available in limited quantity on a first‑come, first‑served basis and revert to standard pricing once sold out.
• Guest Gala tickets:
  • Limited availability; first‑come, first‑served.
  • One guest per alum.
  • Provide Gala‑only access and cannot be purchased for alumni.
• All alumni must purchase an Early Bird or Standard ticket for access to both the Symposium and the Gala.
• If a Guest Gala ticket is purchased in error for an Alum, it may be upgraded by paying the price difference.

Age Requirement

• All guests must be 18+.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations received on or before 1 July 2026: 50% refund.
• Cancellations received after 1 July 2026: non‑refundable.
• Eligible refunds processed within 28 days.

Ticket Transfers

• Tickets may be transferred to another alum or guest at no cost, provided full details (including dietary requirements) are emailed to 25Years@triumemba.org by 1 August 2026.

Event Changes

• TRIUM may make reasonable programme changes (e.g., speakers, agenda, arrangements).
• If the event is cancelled, ticket holders will receive a refund of the ticket face value (minus a 25% admin fee) within 28 days.
• If postponed, tickets remain valid for the new date.

General

• The event takes place on 4 September 2026; therefore, bookings are not subject to the 14‑day cooling‑off period.
• All ticket prices are in USD and include UK VAT.
• For VAT purposes, costs are allocated as 15% Symposium / 85% Gala (for tax treatment only).
