Marc Beretta is Irish and French (dual citizenship) with Italian and Greek roots. He has been coaching Triumers since 2012 and has been in charge of the TRIUM Career Strategy For Executives (CSFE) workshop in Paris since then.

He is an Academic Director for Executive Programs and an Affiliate Professor of Leadership at HEC Paris; he was the Director of the HEC Executive Coaching School and an HEC ExCom Executive Education member.

He is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and has been coaching Executives, Teams and Organizations from all around the world since 2004. He has more than 20,000 hours of coaching experience. He is the CEO and the Founder of Inis alga, an international coaching firm.

He is a Certified Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Instructor.

His background is Finance; he previously worked for Nomura Securities in Tokyo, for Arthur Andersen, and for Louis Vuitton Moët-Hennessy (LVMH) in Paris in managerial positions. He started his career serving the French Navy as an Officer (military service, with Confidential Clearance).

He graduated from ESCP Business School. He studied psychology (Transactional Analysis). He is a Certified MBTI® and an Experience Change® Practitioner.

He wrote Leadership Landmarks (LID, 2024), and The Peace Process in Northern Ireland, from Hatred to Reason (1997-2007) chapter in the co-authored book Landmark Negotiations from Around the World: Lessons for Modern Diplomacy (Intersentia, 2020). We wrote several articles (Forbes, Les Echos) and made several podcasts (Huffington Post) on Leadership in the Digital Age and on Career Strategy.

He organized & led a polar expedition in Greenland. He practiced karate for more than 30 years. He believes in the potential of people to grow and that small changes can make a big difference. He promotes transformation for a more humane, compassionate, and effective work environment.
