Kim is an experienced Career Coach who has spent many years in the Careers Education field. At London Business School she coaches Masters in Management, MBA, EMBA and Sloan students in London, Hong Kong and Dubai. Kim was selected to lead the Career Skills training programme for the inaugural Masters in Management programme at LBS and the year after was appointed to manage the Masters in Management career team. She also completed her CMI Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership while working at London Business School.

Kim runs a coaching practice called Careers Insight and works freelance at Universities such as the London School of Economics and London Business School. Kim also works as an associate at Personal Career Management, the UK’s leading provider of outplacement services and career management programmes for individual and corporate clients.

Kim is qualified to deliver multiple psychometric assessments including MBTI and personality instruments such as NEO. At London Business School and on the TRIUM EMBA programme she has delivered 360-degree feedback sessions to students.

Kim is currently a registered and accredited practitioner with BGI Strategy on a Page, providing high growth SMEs with a flexible and simple strategic methodology for growth. With many clients looking to leave employment and begin a new entrepreneurial career, Kim is able to use both the Strategy on a Page Methodology and her coaching training and experience to help clients assess the viability of such a move.

Kim has an honours degree in psychology, a Master of Education and completed her MSc in Career Management and Counselling at Birkbeck College in 2009.
