Jo works as a behavioural change specialist working with a wide range of leaders and professionals from global organisations and family owned enterprises. Her clients include emerging leaders, executive MBA students to Managing Directors approaching Board level. She also completes talent management assessments. She has worked with TRIUM students since. Her focus is on working with strengths and leveraging these to make personal change fun; building self-esteem and finding surprising possibilities. Her clients have mainly been in financial services, engineering, IT, food and pharma sectors.

Jo has worked on the Executive Coaching Faculty at London Business School since 2002. Jo also works with EMBA students at Imperial College. Involved in both running her own consultancy and other entrepreneurial ventures her expertise in coaching emerged when she worked as a Chartered Psychologist in the Health Service in the UK.

She is a committed supporter and volunteer of Oxfam and Harold and Odell Country Park. She is also a founder member of the Women’s Equality Party.
