Claire Kinselley is an Executive Leadership Coach who specialises in helping people in career transitions. She partners with her clients to help them maximise their potential and identify practical ways to achieve their goals. Providing challenge and objectivity in a trusting environment, she can inspire and make a difference with her clients. Claire has 20+ years’ experience in people management roles across the professional services sectors and moved into coaching to have a more direct and individualised impact on people and performance.   Her coaching interests are in leadership development, career transitions and confidence building.  Claire is based in London, but has lived in Japan and the USA, and has supported clients with international relocations and developing inter-cultural awareness.

Claire enjoys working with professionals who are committed to developing themselves through business school education and works with many leading business schools across Europe.  Claire helps students leverage their MBA and transition into leadership positions, devising career strategies, and conducting cv/resume reviews, mock interviews, case study practices and providing networking advice.

Claire is an accredited coach and member of the International Coach Federation.  She also holds an MSc from the London School of Economics’ Management Department.
