With over 20 years of experience as a management consultant and career coach, Camila is the founder of de Wit&, a boutique consulting and executive search company providing advice and services to clients worldwide in a myriad of industries. Camila is an external carer advisor at TRIUM, University of Cambridge (Judge) and business schools based in North America.

Upon graduating from Boston College with an MBA, Camila worked as a pricing consultant in Boston, MA, advising clients in the healthcare, pharmaceutical and chemical industries on how to sell on value and not on price. She brings this same mentality to her professional coaching practice by working with business school students to understand the impact they will have on a company’s bottom line. This unique approach allows students to stand out from the crowd and underscore their own unique selling proposition.

Prior to founding her own consulting practice, Camila was the Director of Admissions and Career Services at ESADE Business School in Barcelona, Spain, where she saw the successful placement of hundreds of students prior to her departure.

Camila has lived in Latin America, the United States and Spain, before relocating to Barbados in the Caribbean. As she always says: “someone has to live here, so I’m taking one for the team! You’re welcome!” In her spare time, she enjoys playing golf, tennis and padel, and walking with her dog, Fitzie.
