CEO of Ferrari

With a background in science, technology and innovation, and now the CEO of Ferrari, Mr. Vigna brings leadership perspectives shaped by the need to preserve the company’s luxury brand amidst changing consumer expectations and the shift to electric vehicles.

Benedetto Vigna has served as Chief Executive Officer of Ferrari since September 2021. Under his leadership, Ferrari has strengthened its position across racing, sports cars and lifestyle while setting out the company’s industrial plans for 2022 and 2025, including its pathway to decarbonisation by 2030 and the development of Maranello’s manufacturing infrastructure. Before joining Ferrari, he spent more than 25 years at STMicroelectronics, where he founded the company’s MEMS activities and led its Analog, MEMS and Sensors Group. He holds more than 200 patents and graduated in Subnuclear Physics from the University of Pisa.

Governor, Bank of England

As Governor of the Bank of England, Mr. Bailey brings perspectives from the front line of central banks’ efforts to control inflation and prevent financial crises at a time of heightened macroeconomic instability and geopolitical disruption.

Andrew Bailey has served as Governor of the Bank of England since March 2020 and became Chair of the Financial Stability Board in July 2025. Before becoming Governor, he was Chief Executive of the Financial Conduct Authority and previously served as Deputy Governor for Prudential Regulation and Chief Executive of the Prudential Regulation Authority. During his career at the Bank of England, he has held a range of senior leadership positions spanning banking supervision, financial stability and monetary policy.

Member of the House of Lords; Former High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice-President of the European Commission

Drawing on her experience in international diplomacy and public service, Baroness Ashton brings perspectives shaped by her experience of building the EU’s diplomatic corps while forging a united European foreign policy amidst rising geopolitical conflict.

Baroness Catherine Ashton served as the European Union’s first High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy from 2009 to 2014. Previously she was European Commissioner for Trade, served as a Minister in the Departments of Education and Justice, and was Leader of the House of Lords and President of HM Queen’s Privy Council. She is a Distinguished Fellow at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars and chairs the advisory board of the Institute for Global Negotiation. She is the author of And Then What? and currently serves on the House of Lords European Affairs Committee.

Chairman of L’Oréal

Drawing on decades of international business experience, Mr. Agon brings leadership perspectives on managing M&A-based expansion, digital and e-commerce business transformation, and strategic decision-making for a global business empire.

Jean-Paul Agon joined L’Oréal in 1978 after graduating from HEC Paris. During his career, he held leadership roles across several brands, countries and regions, including Asia-Pacific and North America, before becoming Chief Executive Officer in 2006. He served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from 2011 to 2021 and has been Chairman of the Board since 2021. He is also Chairman of the Board of HEC Paris and serves on a number of business and cultural organisations. He is a Commander of the French Legion of Honour.

President and CEO of the Chicago Council on Global Affairs

Dr Leslie Vinjamuri is President and Chief Executive Officer of the Chicago Council on Global Affairs and Professor of Practice in International Relations and Diplomacy at SOAS University of London. She previously served as Director of the US and the Americas Programme and Dean of the Queen Elizabeth Academy for Leadership in International Affairs at Chatham House. She is a frequent contributor to international media on geopolitics, diplomacy, international order and human rights. She is a Life Member of the Council on Foreign Relations and Vice Chair of the Carnegie Council on Ethics and International Affairs.

President and Vice Chancellor LSE

Professor Larry Kramer became President and Vice Chancellor of the London School of Economics and Political Science in April 2024. Previously, he served for 12 years as President of the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation, where he led major strategic initiatives across democracy, economics, climate change and racial justice. Earlier in his career, he was Dean of Stanford Law School and held senior academic appointments at New York University, the University of Chicago and the University of Michigan. A scholar of constitutional law and legal history, he is the author of The People Themselves.

Dean HEC Paris

Professor Eloïc Peyrache has served as Dean and General Director of HEC Paris since 2021. A Professor of Economics at HEC Paris since 2003, he has previously served as Associate Dean and Dean of Programmes. He founded HEC Paris’s Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation and led the School’s equal opportunity policy. He also serves on several corporate and non-profit boards and is President of a foundation supporting social mobility in education.

Dean NYU Stern

Professor Bharat N. Anand became Dean of NYU Stern School of Business in August 2025. He joined NYU Stern from Harvard University, where he served for 27 years, most recently as Vice Provost for Advances in Learning and Henry R. Byers Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School. His expertise includes digital strategy, media, corporate strategy and organisational change. He is the author of The Content Trap and has led major initiatives in digital learning and the application of generative AI in higher education.

Emeritus Professor of International Relations at LSE

Professor Michael Cox is Emeritus Professor of International Relations at the London School of Economics and Political Science. He helped establish the Cold War Studies Centre in 2004 and expanded it into LSE IDEAS, the School’s foreign policy think tank, in 2008. In an international survey published in 2014, LSE IDEAS was ranked second globally among university-affiliated think tanks.

Professor Youngjin Yoo is Professor of Information Systems and Innovation in the Department of Management at the London School of Economics and Political Science, and Academic Director of LSE Lifelong Learning Digital. A leading scholar of digital innovation, he has published more than 170 peer-reviewed articles and his research has been widely cited across information systems, management and innovation. His work focuses on digital innovation, technology strategy and the organisational impact of emerging technologies.
