Dee is a Talent Acquisition leader and coach with over 15 years’ experience leading international teams. During her time at Amazon, Goldman Sachs and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Dee partnered with senior business and HR leaders to drive and execute global talent attraction, recruitment and development strategies. Dee has lived and worked in the Caribbean, UK, Japan, Hong Kong, Spain, Germany, Ghana, Nigeria and North America and has developed strong cross-cultural awareness developing global teams, with a track record of turning around team performance through leadership coaching and delivering feedback, often through difficult conversations. Dee has been involved in promotion reviews at both Amazon and Bank of America Merrill Lynch and has promoted 12 direct reports in 7 years under her leadership.

Dee started her career as an MBA career coach at Manchester Business School in the UK working with high potential individuals to fulfil their career goals, and later worked as Director of the MBA Careers Services team at ESADE Business School in Barcelona where she led the leadership coaching curriculum and partnered with top tier employers for the full-time and executive program. Dee combines extensive recruitment experience and an ability to see things through the eyes of an employer to help clients think big, create impact and achieve their goals.

Dee is experienced in tactical career change techniques (resume and cover letter writing, LinkedIn, interviewing, networking, promotions, internal career moves) as well as supporting clients through moving out of neutral into high gear on areas such as career progression/ transition, influencing stakeholders, turning around team performance, and making positive change happen. Passionate about helping clients reach their potential through empathy, authenticity and unlocking personal and professional drivers, Dee creates an environment of trust, respect and honesty to drive long-term change and a fresh perspective on current thinking.

Dee has a BA (hons) in International Business and German which kickstarted her passion for for travel; having spent 18 months of her degree studying and working in Germany, she has since visited 60 countries. Outside of her coaching, Dee is an Advisory Board Member at Imperial College, London and The University of Manchester and is a coach to women studying STEM subjects in the UK ( Dee has been an active mentor to refugee families integrating into the UK and is a movie nerd, a yoga and pilates enthusiast and gets her zen from being in nature as much as possible.
